1. Introduction: TuitionWale acts solely as an intermediary platform connecting students and tutors. We do not employ tutors ourselves; all tutors listed on our platform operate independently. Our role is to facilitate introductions between students or their guardians and tutors for educational purposes.
2. This fee is non-refundable. The referral fee rate is subject to change at the sole discretion of TuitionWale, and any changes will be communicated on our website or through direct communication. Future payments between students and tutors after the first month are not subject to any further charges by TuitionWale.
3. Role of TuitionWale: TuitionWale serves as a facilitator between tutors and students, and as such, we do not guarantee the quality, performance, or outcomes of the tutoring sessions. All agreements regarding schedules, fees, and lesson content are made directly between the tutor and the student. TuitionWale is not responsible for any disputes, cancellations, or issues arising from these arrangements.
4. Tutor Responsibilities: All tutors listed on TuitionWale operate as independent contractors and are responsible for providing their tutoring services in a professional and ethical manner. Tutors are required to maintain accurate information about their qualifications and availability. Any false or misleading information may result in removal from the platform.
5. Student Responsibilities: Students (or their guardians) are responsible for ensuring that the information provided during the registration process is accurate. They are expected to communicate clearly with the tutor regarding schedules, payment of fees, and expectations for the tutoring sessions.
6. Payment and Refund Policy: All payments for tutoring services are made directly between the student and the tutor. TuitionWale is not responsible for handling payments between the parties. Our referral fee, which is payable by the tutor, is due upon the start of the first month's services. Once paid, the referral fee is non-refundable.
7. Changes to Fees: TuitionWale reserves the right to modify the referral fee structure at any time. Any such changes will be applicable to future agreements and will not affect ongoing tutoring engagements already referred by TuitionWale unless explicitly stated.
8. Limitation of Liability: TuitionWale is not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of our platform or from the tutoring services provided. We do not guarantee the availability, suitability, or reliability of any tutor listed on our platform. All agreements and arrangements between tutors and students are made independently, and TuitionWale cannot be held responsible for any disputes.
9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
10. Modifications to Terms: TuitionWale reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services after any such changes will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
